This is one of my favorite quotes from a well respected sports nutritionist regarding supplementation in today’s athletes. Athletes are only getting bigger, faster and stronger and keeping up with todays training volume is just as important as the workouts themselves. Without adequate recovery, our bodies can’t rebuild the damage we’ve inflicted from practices and competitions. If we don’t rebuild and adapt we crash and fail. Below are the current macro nutrient recommendations we have for our athletes and the supplements we recommend they take based on their deficiencies individual needs.
